The Northville Swim Club will be accepting applications for the 2023 Summer Swim Season January 15 - March 1.

Northville Swim Club hires for the following positions:
• Assistant Manager
• Lifeguard
• Head Guard
• Swim Lesson Instructor
• Assistant Swim Coach

We require that all staff members have their lifeguard certification as well as CPR/First Aid Training. In addition, staff members with their American Red Cross WSI (Water Safety Instruction) are desirable and receive additional compensation for teaching lessons (we offer American Red Cross swim lessons each summer).

New to the swim team?

Making Waves will be on location 3:30-5pm for suit fittings, and sales of team swimsuits, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other team gear.

Two morning time slots will be offered during each session: 10:00-10:40 and 11:00-11:40. This is to allow sanitation in between lessons and avoid crowding between lessons.

Unless otherwise specified, each session will be two weeks long (Monday through Friday).
​

Lesson duration is 35 minutes.
​

Unless otherwise specified, the tuition will be $100 per two week session; if capacity allows, we will extend to the waitlist at $110 per session.

Children in Levels 1-3 require adults in the water with them. Other levels will be led by an instructor with appropriate social distancing.

Children enrolled in Levels 1-3 will be allowed to enroll with siblings as long as they are in the same level and one parent is in the water.

Children will not be able to change or shower at the pool so please ensure your child suited up and ready to get in the pool when they arrive.

You will need your bond number to enroll in lessons. If you do not know it, please log into eSoft Planner and view your profile.

Please note that lessons are subject to a minimum enrollment; if changes are necessary, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

In order to ensure enrollment is accurate, it will be important to ensure you are signing your kids up for the correct level. Please consult the guidelines below prior to signing up your child. If your child can master half of the skills listed for that level, that is the appropriate level to enroll.

Enroll on per class basis - no min/max commitments. Sign up any time - same day is fine as long as session has space.
Limit 6 participants per session.
Private Parties Private Parties are available on weekday mornings and afternoons from the day after Memorial Day until Northville Public Schools are out for the summer. Typically, private party timeslots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. To inquire about available dates or to schedule, contact the volunteer NSC social director at nsc248party@gmail.com. You will be required to fill out the private party request form (link below) and put down a deposit in order to secure your preferred date. ​ Private Party Pricing Information: $250 base price includes admission for 20 participants and 4 adult chaperones for 3 hours. - For parties longer than 3 hours, add $50 per additional hour. - For parties of more than 20 participants, add $5 per additional participant. For private parties, the party price covers the cost of admission for one adult chaperone for every five children. We do ask that you send a minimum of one chaperone per 15-20 children. Chaperones may arrive 15-30 minutes early for setup, if pool staff is notified at least 24 hours beforehand.
