Prospective Staff
The Northville Swim Club accepts applications for the Summer Swim Season January 15 - March 17.

Some of the positions Northville Swim Club hires for each year may include:
• Lifeguard
• Head Guard
• Swim Lesson Instructor
• Assistant Swim Coach
• Snack Shack Employee

We require that all lifeguards and Management staff members have their lifeguard certification as well as CPR/First Aid Training (see note below). In addition, staff members with their American Red Cross WSI (Water Safety Instruction) are desirable and receive additional compensation for teaching lessons (we offer American Red Cross swim lessons each summer).

Note: Certification is not required for the application process. However, it will be required prior to the start of work in the spring. Lifeguard certification courses (or renewal) may be available to some applicants early season.
