Job Description: Assistant Pool Manager

Seasonal (30-35 hours/week)

Position Dates: May 27-September 5, 2022

 

Assistant Pool Manager will work with the manager to directly oversee daily operations of the Northville Swim Club (Northville, Michigan) to ensure a safe, clean, and family friendly facility for our members and their guests.

​

Responsibilities include:

  • Direct supervision of lifeguards

  • Perform and supervise pool maintenance including chemical tests and adjustments

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous aquatics experience as lifeguard 

  • Previous aquatics experience as lead guard/manager

  • Lifeguard Certification or Lifeguard Management (online course)

  • Basic knowledge of pump room operations and maintenance (or willingness to learn)
